Through somatic healing rituals, ancestral connection, and beginner-friendly burlesque-inspired movement, you’ll release old conditioning, awaken joy, and embody confidence as an act of radical self-love.

No choreography or experience needed—this is a safe, joyful space where all bodies and experience levels are welcome to reclaim their pleasure and be unapologetically YOU.

• Hour One: Healing Through Seduction Ceremony — emotional release, ancestral connection, and somatic rituals to release shame and invite joy

• Hour Two: Burlesque Ritual — movement as medicine with confidence-building exercises, playful teasing, and expressive prop work
