Do you spend all your energy taking care of everyone else?
You are the strong one. The person everyone calls when they need help, advice, or a shoulder to lean on. You carry a lot of weight for the people in your life, but inside, you are running on empty.
Lately, you might feel like you've lost your spark. Between work, life transitions, and daily stress, you might feel totally disconnected from your own body. You want to feel playful, free, and vibrant again. You want to stop always trying to please others, quiet the parts of you that feel scared, and finally get your groove back.
This is your invitation to take a deep breath, set down the weight you've been carrying, and focus entirely on yourself.
What Is BYOP?
BYOP stands for Bring Your Own Power. It is a simple, down-to-earth live masterclass in New York City.
This masterclass is for women who spend so much of their time caring for others that they rarely make space for themselves. If you're the strong friend, the one everyone turns to for support, or someone who gives so much of yourself that you've lost touch with your own needs, you'll feel at home here.
Whether you're navigating burnout, a major life transition, or simply longing to reconnect with your body, your confidence, and your joy, BYOP offers a welcoming space to explore, heal, and rediscover your own power, surrounded by women who understand your journey.
There is no pressure here. There is no test, and you do not have to perform. It is simply a welcoming space where you can step away from the daily noise and reconnect with yourself.
What You Will Experience
The Power of Mirror Work
I'll show you how a simple look in the mirror can help you stop being so hard on yourself and start building real, daily self-love.
The Power of Burlesque
You will learn a simple approach to using the art of burlesque to reconnect with your body. You'll discover how this art form can help you feel more grounded, present, playful, and confident, and how to incorporate its practices into your daily life.
A Quick 5-Minute Live Demo
You'll experience a brief, 5-minute demonstration of a mirror ritual so you can see firsthand how easy, calming, and deeply relaxing it is to practice.
Simple Daily Practices
I'll share easy ways to bring small, quiet rituals into your daily life to help you stay connected to yourself, even when you are busy.
Q&A
I'll open the floor for questions, invite you to share your personal goals, and offer gentle, direct guidance.
How You Can Expect to Feel
This event is designed to feel like a deep exhale. When you leave, you can expect to feel:
Grounded: Calm, present, and comfortable in your own skin.
Lighter: A gentle emotional release that helps you let go of built-up stress.
Vibrant and Playful: Reconnected to the free, happy version of yourself before the busyness of life took over.
What you'll walk away with:
You will leave this experience with a personalized blueprint to incorporate simple, daily rituals inspired by mirror work and the art of burlesque. This is about reconnecting with your body without having to revisit past trauma or cramming more tasks into your busy schedule. Together, we are prioritizing deep self-devotion over adding more discipline.
What This Is NOT:
This is not a burlesque dance class. You won't need to learn choreography, put on heels, or perform.
This is not a live practice session. We will not be performing the rituals live in the room. You can sit back, relax, and take notes while watching a quick, inspiring live demonstration instead.
This is not another "to-do" list. We are not here to add more rigid discipline to your calendar or force you to revisit past trauma. This is strictly about self-devotion.
